things i see from my cell in 19-3

cell (ROOM) noun [C] - a small bare room, especially in a prison or a monastery or convent.

which is actually the balcony of 19-3 OUG. i always term it something like a jail place, coz i felt i was in jail whenever I reach my so called home.

anyway, i was sitting on this blue Ikea stool when the pics below was taken.... see the plant in the light blue vase? well, it belonged to hubby. he bought it with much enthusiasm when we (he+i+ming+leong) were at ikea. and now, it's left at the balcany withstanding the harsh sun and cold rain. poor thing. I done nothing to save it tho, i felt bad for the plant... Amen.

These are the condominiums which hubby ask me to move to. I said NO, since i dun wanna live so near to him. WHY?! so that when he is busy or something like he didnt want to / no time to come over my place or something, i could at least have the lil' excuse of "it's too far away, I myself dun even wanna go over to his" to comfort myself. oh well... it sounds harsh but that's how i feel for this moment.

the shoplots across the street.

Ming ming's Toyota Altis...

a clearer look...
I bought Watching the Trees by Adeline Yen-Mah at RM15 only also at Borders some time ago. I like to read her books as the English she used is rather simple to understand. she writes about the life in China during her time and it was captivating as u can understand what she is tryin to tell you and therefore you can imagine the pictures in your mind while reading it. a great book to scoop up ur imaginative genes.

added a few things to my bedside table. first is the Ikea HORTEN mirror in white, and a cutlery stand i use it to put my combs. then, last nite i went to borders as hubby+leong went to lowyat to change their spoilt UPS. I spent some like RM99 on 4 books... damn worth it. I bought Dan Brown's The Da Vinci Code and VS Naipaul's Magic Seeds. then as the offer was 3 books for the price of 2, i claimed Harper Lee's To Kill A Mockingbird to my possession. Cool! and I finally found my "red lip" cover version of Arthur Golden's The Memoirs of a Geisha. The library of bf's office is already full, so I decided to find a lil place for my priced possessions right beside me :D

before going for Narnia at 12:00midnite. we went to McD for some bites. Well, as we were walking to McD, I heard some metal clicking noise as I walk. left (click) and right (nothing). hmm, it felt funny... as if i was limping u know. but it wasnt. the little black rubber from my heels came off and exposed the metal screw that was use to tighten the lil black rubber. taht's where th clicking sound came from. U can see the different here. So sad, coz this is a new pair of shoes from Vincci RM59. sob sob! well, McD fries is still the best and Narnia, well... boleh tahan oni.

bf+me+leong went for The Chronicles of Narnia on wednesday nite. While queueing (damn how to spell d) to get the tics, something caught my eyes... it's the notice board!! it;s the type where u have different alphabets that u can stick it on the board. it was supposed to meant "GOLD CLASS,RM 40, KING KONG, -U- " but now... well it became "GILA CLDSS RM10 and KONG KONG" wuahahahahha...

i've stop talking to my bf for a while except for some things like fetching to/from work and whether has he eaten or not. other than that, well. NIL. the time i call him to fetch me from the train station was the best time each day coz he sounds so ever gentle in da phone. So im paying a tribute to his Motorola E398... hahaha

all about makeup

i really love Xiaxue's post on August 2003 regarding gals putting on cosmetics. Oh well, me after going out with Carrin one good saturday i begin to dig into makeups man! wuahahah... she and I went to watsons and there;s this sales gal, kinda cool. she taught us how to put on make up the correct way without looking "made-up"... and since then, i never leave home without my beloved foundation that serves also as sunscreen... wuahahahahaha...

but b4 the foundation, there're still some steps i'll take to protect my face even more...

Step 1:
after cleansing, I'll spray my sensitive face with the recently bought Avene Thermal Spring Water that soothes and smooth my itchy skin.

Step 2:
then I'll apply Avene Anti Blemish and Purifying Lotion (toner) with cotton wool...

Step3:
Next, is my free gift from the facial course i signed up in Pontian last month. It's Jean D'Arcel Day Care cream from Caviar Collection Series. It contain Caviar extract that supposed heal and refine my skin (but up to now macam no effect ler... :-( )

Step4:
Wuahahaha... my Mary Kay concealer. Who can really live without a concealer unless ur skin is super duper damn flawless... else, I think a concealer is a must. Esp for my dark eye rings and blemishes. hahahaha....

Step5:
My spf6 Revlon Color Stay foundation in 03 Nude Nu. The Watsons sales gal told me, the higher the SPF the more possiblity that the foundation will clog up ur pores. So she didnt want me to get the Loreal SPF15 foundation.

Step6:
oh well, the lil foundation cost me RM40+... so in order to save cost, she then recommended me Silkygirl Loose Powder in 02 Medium. Ok, im supposed to apply press powder instead of loose powder i know, but then I have no budget for another pressed powder then so she said nvm, buy loose powder first coz i can still use it like a pressed powder and have a nice finishing afterwards.

Step7:
After loose powder are the blushers + eye shadow + lipstick. I think i forgot my mascara ... and you'll then get the END PRODUCT!

have fun! poke fun! hahaha. but it's always nice to look presentable ... im a narcisist. wat do u expect?!

i was at Times Square last nite supposed to go to Borders. As i was walking in the direction of Borders, I passed by Debenhems (duno spelling, will update if wrong!)... I saw some gowns which looks rather nice from a distance so my lil feet brought me to see. I spotted this pink dress which I totally like it. it feels a lil sexy, flirty, playful but NOT slutty... So i cant help but to take and try it. of coz, being a narcissist(自恋狂), i gotta take pic of myself! hehehehehehe, jz kidding la. the dress cost about RM439 wor, how to afford, so gotta take some pics for rememberance that i had wore sucha dress b4. but this pic ma,... ... hahahahaa.... sorry for the bad photography skill... taken diagonally so can see the full design of the dress... ok i need to mask of my face coz it was after work and the tired face cannot be shown to you.... It will give u nitemares...

another earring... hehehe...

ok, call me a rich b*tch i dun care. today's brunch is at CBTL Wisma Genting. Was on the way to Standard Chartered (HQ) for a quick test and suddenly I caught the glimpse of CBTL opposite it... then eh! I havent got my injection today... so menu for today is a DS Cappucino (in case those who duno me, I like to order a Double Shot Cappucino whenever I can... single shot no oomph, too bad!) and a Tomato&Cheese Pita, which cost me Rm10 for that bread but i love it... cheese and tomato, savoury and sweet... yummy, not fattening and not irky... love it love it... btw, pita taste great... so happy...

i need to say this... my favourite coffee is still the DOUBLE SHOT CAPPUCINO from Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf (which i often refer to as CBTL)... love it... DOME sorry u lose this time... DS Capu from CBTL rules!

wtf is this?! wuahahahahaha

oooh hohoho, my love, my demin jacket. keeps me from the "harsh" air cond of AMODA (the building i work in)... hehe, it cost me only RM30 for it. Cool isnt it... i leave it in the office, hung on my seat. so dun get too expensive ones... even if it gets stolen oh well, it's only Rm30.

but my chest looks flat...........

i love my ear... i get to listen to nice song and cool music, i get to listen to my office network printer struggling to keep up with the print load (ya, im in office now), i get to listen to my boss explaining to me about HICO card reader, i get to listen to Hubby talking to leongleong, i get to listen to my alarm eevery morning and, whole lot more and.. and... and i get to wear this beautiful earring which i bought for only RM10/pair at The Curve...

remember the "the only thing that 'can-see' " bedside table of mine? well... now... erm, sorry for the messy state... see for yourself :"> *blush*

This is the book I am reading recently. I am attracted to the flipped image of the dog.

Editorial Review from Amazon.com:
The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, is a murder mystery of sorts--one told by an autistic version of Adrian Mole. Fifteen-year-old Christopher John Francis Boone is mathematically gifted and socially hopeless, raised in a working-class home by parents who can barely cope with their child's quirks. He takes everything that he sees (or is told) at face value, and is unable to sort out the strange behavior of his elders and peers.
Late one night, Christopher comes across his neighbor's poodle, Wellington, impaled on a garden fork. Wellington's owner finds him cradling her dead dog in his arms, and has him arrested. After spending a night in jail, Christopher resolves--against the objection of his father and neighbors--to discover just who has murdered Wellington. He is encouraged by Siobhan, a social worker at his school, to write a book about his investigations, and the result--quirkily illustrated, with each chapter given its own prime number--is The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time.

let's start off today with this yummy pick! i was having my brunch alone today at Berjaya Times Square's DOME. I needed my daily injection so i choose DOME to starbucks becoz starbuck's coffee sucks (sorry to say). Anyway, special ordered a double shot cappucino which wasnt in the menu. The waitress was so sweet to have it specially done for me (oh well, i paid an extra RM2 but still for the effort la ok! ). I was having a tough choice of food between Fish-n-Chips and chicken pie. Since i tried their FnC b4, i gave the pie a shot! It came OK... nice... but the crust taste exactly the same like roti prata with some herbs sprinkles. wuahah, roti prata dip in creamy chicken sauce with corn... hehehe... but taste GOOD. love it coz it serves with sautee vege. makes me full bt not bloated... will give 3.5 thumbs outta 5... hehehe...
